Every time will be a special experience for relaxing, breathing, moving harmoniously, activating the pelvic floor, feeding the deep connection with your baby while having fun together! You will get in touch with your own body from the early pregnancy growing together with your baby until the birth and then beyond!
Accordingly to the group’s needs we will focus on the various topics about Pregnancy, Labour-Childbirth and After Birth!
Considering Pregnancy a special gift from Life take this important opportunity for starting to take care of your Body, together with the Baby wellness. Many Women are afraid that Motion can represent a risk, because it could cause contractions and for this reason, they avoid it. But sitting for long periods of time or lying down during Pregnancy is a bad habit for the Mother and Baby’s health. In fact:
Exercising during pregnancy is essential!
Uterus is an organ made up of numerous muscle strains and its contraction activity is normal because it contracts during ovulation, menstruation, during intercourse. The uterus of a pregnant Woman contracts also as a reaction to the movements of the baby to a mother’s shift. Contractions are a good muscular response and moving is a very good habit. It promotes the wellness and general health of both mom and baby. During labor there will be many contractions and therefore you need to get trained to live it with awareness. You don’t get ready for a marathon laying in bed!
The Pregnancy is a deep experience where the Woman is naturally opened to listen to her body and receives great benefits from specific gestures that help her to interiorize this beautiful experience even more. Soft and harmonic motion accompanied by slow breathing, following your own pace, bringing the attention to the body and the Baby, listening to the sensations, emotions and without ever getting tired, are the special ingredients for a happy and aware Pregnancy and a strong connection with the Baby!
Motion during Pregnancy is also really useful for opening the space between tummy and lungs helping the baby to get the right position during the ninth month for the childbirth or for correcting the wrong position (podalic position) during Labour (Susanne Houd, “Emergenze nel Parto“)
AND FEET WELL GROUNDED ON THE FLOOR!!!
Our lessons are one and half hour long and are composed of :
- pelvis mobility
- toning activities for muscles of the back and the legs
- pelvic floor motion and awareness
- breathing exercises and use of the voice
- harmonic and creative motion
- massage and deep relaxation
- Reinforcement of the body in particular: perineum, abdomen, lumbar and dorsal
- Good for the blood flow and increases the skin elasticity
- Protects the spinal column giving a correct posture
- Increases bodily consciousness
- Creates a strong connection with the baby
- Gives a higher awareness for a more natural birth
- Increases the presence during the childbirth
Every lesson ends with a deep relaxation for perceiving the benefits of the activity performed together with the baby. The didgeridoo helps you to let go the tensions and relax mind and body!
With a new awareness and optimistic view of life it enhances your creativity and fertility towards all aspects of your life!!!
